At King’s Lunch, we are committed to providing high-quality edibles and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, our return and refund policy has specific conditions.


Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return only if the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.

For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on edibles unless there is an issue with the order (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged packaging).


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be in its original, unopened packaging.
Be unused and in the same condition as received.
Have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Returns are NOT accepted for:

  • Opened or consumed products (for hygiene & safety reasons).

  • Products damaged by the customer.

  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

  • Sale or promotional items (non-refundable).

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is:

  • Damaged (send clear photos of packaging and product)

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

  • Missing items from your order

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

 Please note:

  • Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at kingslunch420@gmail.com.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please:
 Request a return for the incorrect item (if applicable).
 Place a new order for the correct item.


Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label.

Final Note: Since our products are consumables, we maintain strict safety and quality control. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your package so we can assist you promptly.
